Simple, Practical, Done – Consistency to Get Busy

You don’t need a 20-page plan. You don’t need a bunch of jargon. Just three moves you can actually do this month to boost momentum and revenue. Keep it simple, make it practical, get it done. Get it done on a regular basis. Consistency wins every time.

1) One Revenue Move (today)

Pick a single needle-mover and do it today for 15-60 minutes. Then do it daily for at least 15 minutes each. Maybe:

  • Ask 3 clients for a warm intro
  • Send 2 tailored proposals
  • Book 1 short talk/demo with a local group

Performance Tip – Make it easy. Put the task at the top of your list, and on your calendar, and prep a script/template so it takes zero willpower.

2) One Follow-Up Routine (every week)

Example – Use a simple 3-touch cadence for prospects. Day 2, send a follow-up. Day 7, provide a helpful resource. Day 30, Quick check-in. Block 10 minutes for these, batch the work, track it. Don’t feel, just do.

Performance Tip – Habit Stacking. Tie follow-ups to a daily routine (after your morning coffee, send 3 messages.)

3) One Performance Barrier to Crush (this month)

Growth by subtraction is still growth. Pick one thing to stop for 30 days.

  • Free custom work for non-ideal clients
  • 60-minute meetings that could be 25
  • Rewriting the same email, save as a template

Performance Tip – Pre-determine your “no.” When the life sapping request appears, paste the polite decline you drafted earlier.

The Consistency Principle and Your Call to Action

Pick one thing to win, one to follow up, and one to stop. Consistency beats complexity.
