EA Lewis & Associates was founded in 1997. A results-driven business coaching company, our Associates are passionate about helping entrepreneurs improve their organizations’ performance while cultivating a thriving workplace environment.

Through One-on-One Coaching, Business Owners Round Table, and Strategic Action Planning (SAP), we help leaders get better results through long-term planning and development, effective team building, team member engagement, improved communication, and personal accountability.
