Lesley Herald is an accomplished HR and business leader with two decades of experience driving organizational effectiveness, building and supporting effective teams, and elevating employee engagement. She began her career in business leadership roles at two different Fortune 500 companies before transitioning to human resources, where she developed a strong reputation for connecting people strategy to business impact.
Lesley is the founder of Lesley Herald Consulting, a firm that partners with organizations to help them build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability and create cultures where people can succeed. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, employee engagement and the full employee experience lifecycle.
As a former collegiate athlete, Lesley draws on the discipline, resilience and teamwork learned on the track to guide her leadership approach. She believes in the power of consistent effort, clear communication and a growth mindset.
Lesley is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds certifications from Korn Ferry’s KF360 Master Class, Association for Talent Development (ATD) Talent Management, and Management & Strategy Institute Change Management. Lesley brings together real-world leadership experience, strategic insight and a passion for helping people and organizations grow.
Outside of work, Lesley is a proud wife and mom to two teenage daughters and two golden retrievers. Her family reminds her of the importance of purpose, balance and perspective. She also enjoys serving on the HR committee for Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity to help advance their mission and impact in the community.
